"Whatever I write in this review is not going to do justice to the level of service we received with Kerry and her team. Simply put we felt like family. From the high responsiveness, flexing to our communication styles, to the words of encouragement we never felt like we were alone.

We were in the midst of major change for our family uprooting from our home in Olympia for over a decade to a new job and a new neighborhood with no friends or community.

We have done a total of five transactions with Kerry and every one has been better than the last! We are a military family who moved to the Seattle metro area 6 years ago. In our case it took three houses over 5 years to find the one that is just right for us in the perfect area that meets all our  needs. Those first two homes were amazing finds, but in the end Kerry was with us for the long haul; years of sorting through houses to find that one perfect fit that we could call home as we transition out of military service and put down roots here in the Pacific Northwest. Every time we called she picked up. Don’t take your chances with an agent who is in it only to close the deal- you want Kerry. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful job you did for us during our recent move from California to Washington.  From the standpoint of a long distance home buyer, our experience in the purchase of our Mount Vernon home could not have been better.  Since we were unable to travel back and forth to Washington, we needed a realtor who was willing to spend time and energy to preview and comment on homes we viewed on various internet sites. We selected you for our realtor for a number of reasons which include your responsiveness to our initial phone call, your willingness to preview homes of interest, your knowledge of the home values in the area, your suggestion and willingness to video tape the home we were interested in, and to make suggestions on how we could or should not modify the property should we decide to purchase it.  Your video tapes and commentary were so helpful. Set aside realty for a minute. Kerry is just a great person in general! Whenever we talked to her she would ask how the family is and just how we are in general before talking business, and she was genuine not just because she "had to". As a realtor she was honest, upfront, and treated myself and my wife almost as her kids. (That's what it felt like) She'd tell us what is good and bad for us and if we had an idea she would stop us and tell us to rethink. I loved that. She was very realistic in finding us a house when moving to Washington and did even better with selling our house IN 2 HOURS!!!! Listed it at 5pm and had an offer by 7pm. 5 Stars is not enough!! I had sought out MANY agents simply trying to understand what is Step 1 of the home buying process but since I was not already pre-qualified from the bank no one would talk to me, except Kerry. she explained what I needed to do, and when it was time, (about a year later) I  contacted her, and we were closing on our home within a month and a half! Kerry and her team are AMAZING! They genuinely cared about our experience, and made sure to explain everything and answer any questions we had, when it came time to write our offer, she had an amazing idea that the seller could not resist, and that is how we landed our dream house! She is an agent who will work for you to get you exactly what you want! As a first time home buyer, I could not have had a better experience. Thank you, Kerry and Team, for all your hard work.

If you have stumbled upon Kerry without a reference you are the luckiest buyer/seller in the area between Seattle and Vancouver. Seriously. There are so many bad and mediocre agents and you have found the best. I have only bought and sold one house, so I'm not an expert but the difference between our first agent and Kerry was stark- like night and day. Kerry is honest, respectful, hard working, and highly communicative. She sold our house well above asking. Early in the process she encouraged us to choose a date to sell and stand on it. When the doubts crept in as to whether or not we should sell her advice we stayed our hand and we are so glad it did. The whole process was top notch- the photos she took, the description of our house, the staging, everything was so carefully thought out. It was evident she spent a lot of time doing the leg work for us. She had the expertise to anticipate problems before they came. I can't say enough about this tremendous woman. I only wish she could oversee every home my and my friends have to buy for the rest of our lives. ~Zach

My dad passed away unexpectedly in August and we had to put his house up for sale. EVERYTHING involved with the sale of the house was foreign to me. Especially being that it wasn't my house, I was just the administrator. There were hurdles to go through that were completely out of my realm of knowledge. Kerry not only helped every step of the way she was also incredibly patient. The process was terribly sad for me and Kerry understood that. She really facilitated everything to make it easier on me. She was always a phone call or text away and never once did I have to wait more than a few minutes to get a response from her. The staging she did in the house was beautiful and I am sure it helped to sell the house. She also knew the market so well and she priced the house just right. The house not only sold the day after it was listed but $30,000 over the asking price. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a home. I don't think there are enough beautiful words to describe Kerry. I feel very fortunate that out of all agents in the world, we found her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. I had a ton of questions and she didn't left a single one unanswered. We felt very well guided, as she was  always ready for showing a house, always prepared with a ton of information printed prior to showing. Being a first time home buyer on this crazy market is very hard. The ratio is 10:1 in seller's favor and lot of offers are cash. When we put the offer to the house she was fighting like lioness and only thanks to her we got the house. Not just that she is the best agent you could find, she is a wonderful person that you'll enjoy being around to. I know me and my family did.
